Play Fair

Our policy and intrinsic value statement is to play fair.  We commit to fair play in all our business dealings, regardless of the situation. All of us have been exposed at some stage to organizations or individuals who have had a dominant position in a situation and have used this to exploit others. No one likes a bully. We know and understand that we are in a position of strength when it comes to local soybean and dry bean expertise, but we undertake to be fair in our dealings.

No to freebies

In the natural world, altruism is exceedingly rare. So too in the commercial world that we live in, and it may be cynical but we believe that there is no such thing as a free lunch. When you are offered something for free, it is worthwhile asking why. For example, if you get a free cap at a farmer’s day, you know that you only get the cap because you will advertise for them. If you are happy with that, then take the cap, but first ask that question. For the record, at Podsquad we don’t offer or accept freebies.

Take the stairs

In a literal sense, take the stairs as an alternative to the lift because it will aid in keeping you fit and healthy in the future. In a figurative interpretation, our policy is to opt for long-term benefits over instant gratification. It is often easy to take the short term solution to a problem, but at Podsquad we make a point of making decisions based on the long term outcome.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We don’t collect personal information nor use those little cake things they talk about on the interweb. Cookies? We are clean living.
